Terms of Use
These beta terms govern use of Haven't Met and remain subject to jurisdiction-specific legal review before member invitations.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and use only your own account. Keep credentials private. Do not share passwords, create deceptive accounts, or evade a safety restriction.
Respectful use
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate, impersonate, scam, solicit money, send non-consensual sexual content, scrape, reverse engineer, spam, or pressure someone to meet or move off-platform. We may warn, limit, suspend, or remove accounts to protect people and the service.
Connections and Date Quests
Recommendations, compatibility explanations, verification language, and Date Quests are tools for user choice—not promises of identity, attraction, safety, a relationship, a response, or an attended date. Use public-place guidance and your own judgment.
Content, reports, and deletion
You retain rights to content you submit and grant the limited permission needed to operate the service. Report harmful conduct, block when needed, and use Account Security to export or delete your account and owned data. Some records may be retained where required for safety, disputes, fraud prevention, or law.
