The safest first date is a public, low-pressure plan where you stay in control. Haven't Met cannot guarantee another person's identity or behavior.

Before you meet

Keep early conversations in the app, take your time, tell a friend where you are going, arrange your own transport, and never send money or financial information to someone you have not met.

During a Date Quest

Choose a public place, prefer daylight for a first meeting, keep your phone charged, use the safety plan, trust your instincts, and leave if something feels wrong. Email confirmation only confirms control of an email address. Provider-backed identity, phone, and liveness verification are deferred.

Report and get help

Block and report suspicious or harmful behavior in the product. Reports are reviewed by approved operators under documented response targets. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Safety questions and reports can be sent to safety@haventmet.com.
